Q: What are the amenities?

A: We provide fully furnished condos, apartments, and townhomes. All utilities are included: cable, high speed internet. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit as well. Full kitchens with coffee maker, microwave, wine glasses, mixing bowl and much more! Our rentals also come with Flat screen T.vs in both the living room and master bedroom, with luxurious pillow top beds in all rooms to make this truly your home away from home.

Q: Do you accept pets?

A:  Yes, we love pets here at FURNISHED LIVING, they are a part of the family! We do have a non-refundable pet fee for all the units. $150.00 per dog (limit 2, Charles Point Complex does not allow dogs over 35-40 pounds) $200 per cat (limit 1  cats per unit)

Q:  Is there housekeeping available?

A:  Weekly, bi weekly, and monthly housekeeping can be added as needed for an additional charge.

Q:  Are laundry facilities available?

A:  All of our apartments include washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board.

Q:  What is the FURNISHED LIVING Guarantee?

A:   If you are not completely satisfied with your furnished apartment, we will be happy to move you to any other available apartment.  Just inform us of your concern within twenty-four (24) hours of moving in and we will correct the situation.

Q: What size apartments do you have available?

A:   We offer multiple size floor plans for one, two, and three bedroom apartments.  The square footage of our one bedrooms start at 750 square feet, two bedrooms 800 to 1200 square feet and three bedrooms 1400 square feet.

Q: Where are FURNISHED LIVING’S apartments located?

A:  Our apartment communities are located in very desirable areas, convenient to businesses, shopping, restaurants, medical facilities and entertainment.

Q: What does a FURNISHED LIVING corporate apartment offer that a hotel cannot?

A:  Compared to hotels, FURNISHED LIVING’S corporate apartments offer more space, comfort and feature amenities not found in hotels such as a fully-equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. Complimentary WiFi is a standard, as is cable television – these are often cost options at hotels.

Q: What is included in a FURNISHED LIVING apartment?

A:  FURNISHED LIVING’S Corporate Lodging furnishes every apartment with all items needed for a comfortable stay. Our apartments include furniture, housewares, linens, home electronics, and decorative items. A flat screen TV in the living and master bedroom are standard in all of our apartments. Utilities, local telephone service, internet and cable are provided and included in the rental price. Housekeeping is available for an additional charge.

Q: Can I bring my pet?

A:  Yes. FURNISHED LIVING Corporate Lodging provides pet friendly properties in almost all cities we service, however there are some weight and breed restrictions depending on the location.  Non-refundable pet fees are required.  Please contact us for information.

Q: Is there a minimum stay?

A:  Our minimum stay requirement is 30 days.

Questions about billing and payment.

Q: How am I billed?

A:  You will receive a monthly invoice for the upcoming rent plus any additional charges for the past month such as electrical overages. If you choose to pay by credit card, your account will automatically be charged at the beginning of every month and you will receive an invoice showing the specific charges.

Q: Can you bill my company or take my credit card?

A:  Yes, we can do either. Many of our guests have their monthly bills sent directly to their company. In order to do this, we will ask your company to contact us directly to set up billing. If you would like to use your credit card, we will require that you complete an authorization form.

Questions about moving in and moving out.

Q: How do I check-in or locate my apartment?

A:  We make your check-in as easy as possible. Your FURNISHED LIVING account representative will supply you with all the details and instructions for locating your apartment prior to your arrival date. We will also send you a copy of the apartment community site map to help you find the exact location of your apartment. A lock box will be left on the apartment door in case you arrive after business hours.  We do everything possible to ensure you have a smooth check-in to your corporate apartment.

Q: What time is check in?

A:  Our check in time is 5:00 pm.

Q: What time is check out?

A:  Check out is 11:00 AM.
